The E6010 Premium Stick Electrode is a 1/8" (3.18 mm) diameter welding rod that comes in a 10 lbs. (4.54 Kg) box. It has a tensile strength of 60,000 PSI and is ideal for welding through light to medium amounts of dirt, rust, or paint. The rod is designed for use with a DC welder and runs on DCEP (reverse polarity). It has an amperage range between 65-130 Amps and is best for joints requiring deep penetration. The rod is also excellent for galvanized steel and rusty/oily steel in maintenance or repair applications, plus pipe welding.
